Fan art is an outlet for me to mix my talent in design with my love for hoops, our teams, and Memphis. These concept pieces capture game-day energy through texture and typography, reimagined in my own style.
During the pandemic, like most, I had more free time and challenged myself to create fan art for the Memphis Tigers that celebrated wins, commitment announcements, and gametime infographics.
For a sports-themed VBS at church, we turned a regular classroom into our own mini “FedEx Forum.” As the go-to artist and resident Grizzlies fan, I was quickly volunteered to lead the design of our Grizz-themed room. No objections here! From setting the game-day vibe to the finishing touches, it was a fun challenge bringing the space to life. My favorite part was painting the logo used at “midcourt,” which brought the whole room together. Needless to say, the kids loved it!
